I absolutely love smoothies and often have a green smoothie to start my day. However, in the afternoon I usually feel like something a bit sweeter to give me a quick energy boost. I often whip up a  smoothie in the morning and keep it in the fridge at work for an afternoon treat. So much better for you that a chocolate bar but it satisfies that sugar craving and keeps you going until dinner time. This is my Cherryripe smoothie that tastes naughtier than it looks!
