I love these pancakes, they tick all the boxes, they are easy, quick, healthy and most importantly loved by the whole family. They only contain a few ingredients all of which you most likely have at home so it’s perfect to whip up for a cold winters morning when you crave something warm, filling and sweet.

Quick and Healthy Banana Pancakes

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt


  1. Blend oats in a food processor until ground
  2. Add other ingredients
  3. Mix until blended
  4. Cook in a buttered pan
  5. Serve with maple syrup and bananas or other fruit of choice
