With a focus on children’s yoga combined with personal development it’s designed to make a difference and have a lasting impact while capturing their attention in a meaningful, entertaining and educational way.

THE VIKING YOGA KIDS CLASS

In addition to the ‘yoga poses’ or asanas that focus on building strength and flexibility classes incorporate breathing exercises designed to calm, educational segments where children learn about their bodies and minds, personal development to grow self love, esteem and awareness
as well as mindfulness, deep relaxation and meditation to still the mind and provide a place where children can just be.

Classes are engaging, fun and educational and includes activities like partner work to create greater connection with others, journaling and activities to reflect on own thoughts as well as games to have lots of fun.

*Kids will be walked to Kensington Public school after class
