  • Learn the Danish concept of Hygge, which is about taking time out for yourself to do something comforting and “cozy” for yourself. You will also learn how to develop a personal self care plan to set yourself up for an energised, less stressed and more fun life.

 THINK WELL – By listening more to your heart and less to your inner bitch

  • Learn techniques to change your life by thinking differently; to be happier, more positive and more grateful. You will be given simple exercises that will only take a couple of minutes of your day but will over time change your outlook on life
  • Manage your stress and “busyness” by learning how to simplify your life. Take small decisions out of your life to allow space for the things and decisions that actually matter
